He later said he did not want to “embarrass” the president he was speaking about, adding it would be “very bad for his career.”

川普聲稱與某位前任總統談話，對方說攻擊伊朗這件事早該做了。記者問這位前總統是誰，川普不答。於是媒體向四位在世前總統（柯林頓、小布希、歐巴馬、拜登）查證，均遭否認，並說近期未與現任總統通話。

因此結論是，撇開神秘理論不談，還能開口的前總統，只剩下前前任的川普。
